K-2 Child Visa & Permanent ResidencyAllows a K-1 fiancée visa applicant's unmarried children under age 21 to enter and reside in the USA. The K-2 can be submitted only as part of a K-1 application. The child will need a K-2 plus a Permanent Resident visa to reside in the USA. The initial Employment Authorization Document (work permit) is included for a K-2 child with this application. We recommend applying for a work permit so the child can receive a US Social Security Number, which allows you to claim the child as a deduction in your IRS taxes. K-3 Spouse Visa & Permanent ResidencyA US citizen's spouse (husband or wife) can enter the USA. The spouse must file for a permanent residency visa (and work permit, if needed.) After entry, the spouse must file for a Green Card / Permanent Residency and work permit (Employment Authorization Document), if needed.$4,000
K-4 Child Visa & Permanent ResidencyAllows a K-3 spouse visa applicant's unmarried children (or the US citizen's unmarried children) under age 21 to enter and reside in the USA. The K-4 can be submitted only as part of a K-3 application. The K-4 Visa is valid for two years. It must be renewed before it expires. The child will need a K-4 plus a Conditional Permanent Resident visa to reside in the USA. The initial Employment Authorization Document (work permit) is included for a K-4 child with this application. We recommend applying for a work permit so the child can receive a US Social Security Number, which allows you to claim the child as a deduction in your IRS taxes.$2,250

Labor CertificationIf you have an H1-B visa or other form of visa, you can use a Labor Certification to apply for permanent residency. This allows you and your family to get a Green Card and remain in the USA. We recommend that you use reduction and recruitment to expedite your Labor Certification.$7,500

Citizenship / Naturalization You can apply for citizenship two years and nine months after getting the Green Card or Permanent Resident status based on marriage. If you reach this status via a different method, you can apply after four years and nine months. If you are serving in the US military, contact us to apply immediately for citizenship. we recommend that you apply for citizenship as soon as possible to secure your rights to Social Security benefits. Billing Statements

You should know what you are paying for. We send you a monthly billing statement that lists every item. The billing statement describe what services were done for you, including the date. You can keep track of what you are being charged for, and know you are being billed a reasonable fee for work that you know was actually been done for you. This lets you ask questions about your fees.

How to Pay

We have our own secure online transaction system and we can accept all major credit cards.

Clients can also pay by mail with checks or money orders. Clients who come to our office can pay with cash.
